The Air Jordan 5 (V) Retro RA - Laser (White / Army Olive - Solar Orange - Bison) were released on January 18, 2007, and retailed for $175. They were a Jordan Lifestyle release, which meant they were only released in men sizes, are were hard to come by, as they still are today. The upper is white and features intricate and detailed laser designs, which stand out enough, and then when you add in the bright orange midsole, these become head turners and neck breakers. The also feature green shark teeth speckled with metallic flakes, which just adds to the flashy design. The inner lining does not just feature a monotone color scheme but instead features designs that are just as detailed as the laser etchings on the shoes upper. The Air Jordan 5 (V) is rumored to have been inspired by the World War II Mustang fighter plane, with the shark teeth being the most obvious feature.
