Set to release tomorrow, September 13, 2008 are the Air Jordan 6 (Six) Rings - Olympics. They were created to pay tribute to the USA Basketball Team in their quest for gold during the 2008 Beijing Olympics. They feature a colorway similar to the Air Jordan 1 - Olympics, and will release alongside them. The sport a White, Varsity Red, Midnight Navy, and Metallic colorway.

This Black/Gold color up is a bit reminiscent of the Black/Taupe Dub Zero from three years back, but for OG Jordan fans may see a striking resemblance to the Black/Chutney Jordan 13 Low. No release date is known yet for these, but expect these either winter 2008 or early '09. Notice that these do not have the Air Jordan 8 style strap on the side of the shoe - it looks like we will be guessing until closer to the release of exactly how this shoe will look.

As we posted before, Jordan Brand is set to release a pack of Jordan Six Rings inspired by each of the teams that MJ beat on the road to his six rings. New pics of the LA Lakers Jordan Six Rings recently hit the Net. Inspired by the 1991 NBA Championship, the LA Lakers Jordan Six Rings features the Lakers colorway of White, Gold, and Purple, with LA detailing on the upper including the Hollywood sign, an LA logo, and more.

The LA Lakers Jordan Six Rings from the Jordan Six Rings Championship pack is set to release in 2009.

Following the same concept as the Air Jordan Six Rings (Hollywood), this new Six Rings was inspired by the 1993 Chicago Bulls Champion against the Phoenix Suns. The sneaker sports the traditional Phoenix Suns colors, white, orange, and varsity purple, plus laser etched designs around the lacing area: Godzilla (Charles Barkley), cactus (common in Phoenix, Arizona), MVP, Basketball on Fire - Phoenix Sun logo, and more.

Yet another colorway has surfaced form the Air Jordan 6 Rings "Championship Pack"! This particular sneaker takes inspiration from the 1992 title the Bulls won over Portland Trail Blazers.

Obviously, the Portland Trail Blazers colorway is featured on this sneaker (red, white & black).The laser print on this sneaker portrays some interesting details from Michael Jordan's 1992 season. For example, a picture of a glider represents the Trail Blazer's star player Clyde 'The Glide' Drexler.

We all remember in Game 1 of the 1992 Finals when Michael Jordan knocked down six three-pointers in the first half and shrugged his shoulders at Cliff Robinson. As you know, the Air Jordan Six Rings Black / Red utilizes a Black / Varsity Red – White color scheme, and released on August 16th 2008.

Their colorway is modeled after the popular Air Jordan 11 (XI) Original (OG) - Concords (White / Black - Dark Concord), which are adored by Jordan fanatics. They sport a white colorway with the use of patent leather around the base of the upper, and dark concord accents.

While we have previewed several colorways in the Air Jordan 6 (Six) Rings, some of which have released, we have touched on this pair of Laser Editions but now have some detailed pictures. Like the original colorway, this particular pair also features a black / white / red color scheme but this time with laser print across most of the upper. The rest of the shoe features a black patent leather design along with a white midsole and red outsole.

As a Jordan Brand athlete, Richard Hamilton of the Detroit Pistons has seen plenty of PE's made just for him. Lately, we have seen JB release a pair of Air Jordan 2 (II)'s and Air Jordan 23 (XX3)'s made specially for him, and here we feature a pair of Air Jordan 6 (Six) Rings. They feature a predominantly white upper constructed from patent leather and nylon along with red accents, and Rip City stitched onto the ankle strap.
